This 90 minutes, 6 session program is designed to prepare athletes for the upcoming season.
With 60 minutes based on skill development followed by 30 minutes of game situation, this program will have players prepared for the upcoming season.
Coach Cramer will be directing 3 of the 6 sessions, while Cramer Basketball’s lead trainer Jadon Nichols will be directing the other 3 sessions. Expect high intensity and a fast paced workout that progresses in instruction and teaching points each week.
