This program is designed to help players build the foundation and confidence to become a more reliable shooter during the season. Over the course of 20 weeks, athletes will develop their form, power, accuracy, footwork, and confidence—the five pillars of consistent shot-making.
With 3 workouts per week, each session ranges from 60–100+ shots, giving players a mix of repetition and game-like situations. The workouts are flexible: athletes can complete them on schedule or repeat specific sessions and weeks to maximize improvement at their own pace.
Throughout the program, players will also complete shooting tests—using timed, variable practice drills that challenge accuracy and decision-making under pressure. These checkpoints allow athletes to measure progress, track improvement, and set new goals as they move through the program.
